With a strong academic background and a passion for evidence-based wellness, I hold a B.Sc. and B.Ed. from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University — one of India’s leading institutions for home science and nutrition. My journey into health began there, and since then, I’ve further specialized through nationally recognized certifications from the VLCC Institute in areas like weight management, clinical nutrition, child care, and sports nutrition.
